Scoop School shares their famous recipe on how to make triple dark chocolate ice cream.  Ingredients: (1) bag of Premium Ice Cream mix (e.x Custard, Gelato, high-fat ice cream) 2 oz chocolate fudge extract 2 cups rich chocolate paste 2 cups chocolate powder 1 oz vanilla extract Recipe: Pour 2 gal. of Premium Ice Cream mix into a large mixing bowl. Leave some mix aside in a separate bowl.  Combine chocolate extract and chocolate paste into large mixing bowl with ice cream mix. Blend mixture well and thoroughly. We sat down with Tamara Saba from Tony’s Daiquiri and Vape in Bernice, Louisiana. “We had daiquiris before, so getting new machines was a way to add new flavors,” says Saba. “We serve alcoholic frozen drinks and now feature a lot more flavors.” They feature flavors such as strawberry, margarita, hurricane, and watermelon to name a few.
