Sweet Ritual has become a staple in Austin. This dairy free parlor has a wide assortment of products that cater to people with dietary restrictions. They first opened in 2011, Amelia was working at a toy store that offered frozen desserts. Fellow owner Valerie was working at Amy's Ice Cream Store. The start of their venture was very serendipitous. After the toy store closed Amelia was left with equipment as well as product.   With there being numerous amounts of food conventions in Asia, there has been a substantial amount of notability in the Asian ice cream market. A huge trend that is beginning to emerge is the Hong-Kong style bubble waffle ice cream cone. Not familiar? It is similar to a Belgian waffle, however with the ultimate twist! Frozen Academy sat down with Tom Ostoich, owner of SR Food Group. When asked what sets them apart from the competition, Tom states there are no hidden ingredients.
