We sat down with Tamara Saba from Tony’s Daiquiri and Vape in Bernice, Louisiana. “We had daiquiris before, so getting new machines was a way to add new flavors,” says Saba. “We serve alcoholic frozen drinks and now feature a lot more flavors.” They feature flavors such as strawberry, margarita, hurricane, and watermelon to name a few. Chapel Tavern

We sat down with Sean from Chapel Tavern, a popular bar in Reno, Nevada that specializes in artisan frozen cocktail drinks and features the cult classic, frose. Chapel Tavern is currently using a Taylor 430 that was purchased from Slices Concession. Their frose recipe uses a selection of wine from Jenny Francois, who is an all natural wine maker based in Reno. We sat down with Ian Palmer from Waterfront Concerts, a prominent music venue with multiple locations in New England. Ian got his start in the frozen drink industry when he worked for Waterfront Concerts in both their Maine and Rhode Island locations, before working for their location in Massachusetts.
