We sat down with Ian Palmer from Waterfront Concerts, a prominent music venue with multiple locations in New England. Ian got his start in the frozen drink industry when he worked for Waterfront Concerts in both their Maine and Rhode Island locations, before working for their location in Massachusetts. They were serving frozen margaritas at these locations that were extremely popular. Ian's favorite part is how happy frozen drinks make venue goers, especially during the summertime months. He also mentions how serving frozen drinks has vastly improved their turnout.
