We spoke with Donni from Dude. Sweet. ice cream truck. Dude. Sweet. is currently based out of Bend, Oregon and has seen much success with its assortment of ice cream sandwiches. However, their menu features a wide array of frozen treats. Some include, classic soft-serve cones, dipped bananas, and Hawaiin shaved ice. Once she decided she wanted to own a food truck, she started her journey by designing the layout for her food truck and creating a plethora of menu items that were both original and easy to customize. Her favorite part of being in such a niche industry is the creativity it has to offer, as well as being able to work in what she describes, her own “mobile office”.
