Sweet Ritual has become a staple in Austin. This dairy free parlor has a wide assortment of products that cater to people with dietary restrictions. They first opened in 2011, Amelia was working at a toy store that offered frozen desserts. Fellow owner Valerie was working at Amy's Ice Cream Store. Frozen Academy sat down with Susan Linton, the founder of the International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA). What sets the IFYA apart is that it is the only frozen yogurt specific association in the world with content catered for this specific food product. Frozen Academy sat down with Tom Ostoich, owner of SR Food Group. When asked what sets them apart from the competition, Tom states there are no hidden ingredients.
