Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Rocky Top Challenge gives you 1 hour to devour 16 scoops of ice cream, 3 brownies, 3 bananas, chocolate syrup, marshmallow cream, whipped cream, candied orange slices, marshmallows, sugar cones, orange sprinkles, caramel, & a surprise ingredient.
