Dole Pineapple Whip

Dole Pineapple Whip is a quality soft serve mix that is both delicious in taste but also a cult classic! Most popular for being featured at Disney World, we take this Dole Whip soft serve mix to create a truly original hit. This is a very buildable recipe, using Mami's Gelato vegan Froconut mix. You can add pineapple reduction syrup as well as toasted coconut flakes around the rim to truly complete the piña colada soft serve special. You can even add a bit of strawberry syrup to add a pop of color! We used a Taylor C713 soft serve machine, this two flavor machine lets you dispense a mix of two flavors or each flavor separately. You can dispense just the Dole Pineapple Whip and add a bit of Chamoy sauce to create a Mexican inspired delicacy. Add a bit of homemade syrup with a bit of brittle to the Mami's Gelato to create a beautiful vegan treat!
