About Us

For over 15 years, Slices Concession has been quietly honing our craft renewing professional ice cream machines. We know these machines inside and out, along with their strengths and common issues. This depth of understanding and attention to detail in our renewals process has built a following of customers who are looking for top-of-the-line equipment at fair prices. From our 10,000-square-foot facility in Gainesville, FL, where we stock around 1,000 machines, we sell hundreds of renewed machines and thousands of spare parts each year. Every single machine we sell comes through our facility to be fully inspected and meet our renewal standards to be approved for sale by us. We’ll never consign machines and sell you something we wouldn’t put our name on. Whether you’re looking for your first ice cream machine or are purchasing your 10th, we will have the right machine for your needs and budget.

Payment

We accept ACH, wire, and Credit Card (3% fee) payments. We also work with a few third-party financing companies that we can introduce you to for equipment financing.

Warranty

Our machines are guaranteed to work upon arrival or we’ll pay to fix it. We offer an industry-leading 30/90-day warranty. This includes a 30-day parts and labor warranty should the machine not work for any reason, as well as a 90-day parts warranty on the motors and compressors. If it is determined that a motor or compressor has failed due to no fault of the customer, Slices Concession will provide and ship, at its expense, a comparable replacement part. Proper installation of the replacement part is the customer’s responsibility. Note that consumable parts, such as scraper blades and o-rings, are not included in the warranty.

Processing

Once purchased, all machines are reinspected by our in-house technicians, tested with real ice cream mix, and undergo a final detailed cleaning before being crated for shipment. Due to strong demand for our machines, we typically have a lead time of approximately 2-4 weeks, not including shipping transit time. Once your machine has been tested, we will send you a video of your machine in operation and be in contact to coordinate final shipping arrangements.

Shipping

To ensure your machine arrives in the same fully functional condition that it leaves our warehouse in, our team professionally palletizes and crates the machine prior to shipping. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
