This 2021 machine is still in its original wrapping and has never been used—it's practically brand new! Built for durability, it handles complex recipes at exact temperatures with minimal effort. A patented exchange pump and conveyor homogenize products of varying viscosities while maintaining energy efficiency. Ingredients can be added mid-cycle, and safety features stop the beater if the lid is opened above 122°F. Remote control is possible via smartphone, tablet, or PC.

Cleanup is simple with its Scotch-Brite stainless steel finish, removable conveyor, and easy-to-clean spigot and shower head. The unit resumes operation automatically after power outages and requires a 208-230V connection with R404A refrigerant.
