Guaranteed Performance Upon Arrival

We guarantee your machine will be in working condition upon arrival. If it isn’t, we will cover the costs to repair it. Please note that this guarantee applies only to machines that have been properly installed by a qualified professional. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered under this guarantee.

30-Day Parts and Labor Warranty

For the first 30 days from the date of delivery, we provide a full parts and labor warranty. If your machine experiences any issues, we will cover the cost of parts and labor to get it back up and running quickly.

90-Day Parts Warranty on Motors and Compressors

In addition to our 30-day comprehensive warranty, we offer a 90-day parts warranty specifically for the motors and compressors. Should these critical components fail within the first 90 days, we will supply the necessary parts at no cost to you.

We accept ACH, Wire Transfers, and Credit (3% credit card fee). We also have financing available through our third-party partners

Shipping Details

Shipping Coordination
We coordinate the shipping details at the time of your order to ensure a smooth and timely delivery. Once your order is ready to ship, typically within 2-4 weeks, we will work closely with you to arrange the best shipping method and schedule to meet your needs. Shipping is handled separately and is paid directly to our shipping partner. Lift gate for delivery is included.

Crating Fee

To ensure your machine arrives in the same condition it leaves our warehouse, a mandatory $225 Crating Fee is required. This fee covers the cost of securely crating your machine for safe transport.

Delivery Process

Our shipping partner will provide tracking information and estimated delivery dates once your machine has shipped. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive and inspect the machine upon arrival.
