Front-of-house ice cream or gelato dipping cabinet, designed for display and performance. Features a clean white finish with stainless steel interior and exterior panels, galvanized steel bottom, and a white-painted galvanized top for a seamless look. Built with a fin & tube condenser to maintain peak performance even in high-temperature environments. Includes an automatic defrost cooling system, electronic temperature control, and one NSF®-certified temperature gauge. Comes with 8 barrel-style ice cream tub frames; optional 9-pan gelato setup also available. The front panel features a curved white plastic face with backlighting—ready for custom signage. Extra freezer storage is conveniently located on the operator side.
